First Call Dashboard

Sesame First Call is designed to help you determine the effectiveness of your online marketing strategies by tracking your practice’s patient calls. You can view your Call Tracking by logging in to the First Call dashboard.

First, log in to your First Call dashboard by visiting http://firstcall.sesamesearch.com.

Don’t know your login email address or password? Contact your Account Manager for more information! 

Once logged in, you will be directed to the Reports page. This page will provide you with an overview of your current First Call campaigns, and the calls tracked over the most recent seven days*. You can see an overview of the number of calls your First Call phone number has received; how many of those calls were from new callers; whether or not someone spoke with the caller; and which campaign is responsible for generating these calls.

Groups and Campaigns

The Groups and Campaigns drop-down menus allow you to filter the information on this page. By clicking on the Groups drop-down menu, you can select from the available Groups. These will be specific to the services you have activated with Sesame, such as SEO or PSEM. Each Group will have its own Campaign, or set of Campaigns, which can be chosen from the Campaigns drop-down menu.

You can also jump straight to the overview of your Groups or Campaigns by clicking on “By Group” or “By Campaign,” respectively, in the navigation menu on the left side of the page.

Changing the Date Range

You can adjust the date range of the report displayed by choosing a different option from the Date Range drop-down menu on the left side of the page, under the navigation menu. Choosing a range that extends over a larger period of time helps to identify call trends.

Saving your report

At the top of the page are buttons that allow you to print the report that is being displayed, or schedule to have reports sent to an email address of your choosing.
